Event Architecture

From setting the date until the last guest checks-out, we are with you every step of the way.

Inspiration

First things first, we spend time getting to know each other. We discuss your vision (or help you create a vision), the elements of your event that are especially important to you, and the parts of the day that you are nervous about. We learn about your style so we can develop find innovative and realistic ways to execute your vision. Social media can be helpful for providing a client a picture of what arrangements/style/mood they gravitate towards, however, our hope is to help use those pictures as inspiration resources in order to help create something unique and personalized to you. At the same time, we also work on securing key parts to your event, such as setting a date or booking a venue, which are fantastic starting points. We also discuss budget and can assist in budget allocation. Our goal is to help our client create a concrete vision for how they would like their event to look, feel, and flow. 

Design

This is when we bring your unique vision to life by helping find the vendors (or coordinate with vendors you've selected!) and rentals that reflect your personal taste and just as importantly, your budget.   Designing a monogram and stationary, arranging decor, mapping out the configuration of tables, to making appropriate guest accomodations and transport, this is where all the details are carefully crafted. Our clients may choose to be as involved as they would like in this process. We are happy to meet with vendors on your behalf or with you.

It is important for clients to know that we will not present options that are not on budget unless specifically asked by the client. Any vendor recommendations are based on the client's taste, preference and budget. 

Coordinate

As your design is loving crafted, we continuously evaluate (and re-evaluate) all the details to create a working timeline so the event flows just as you envisioned. Once again, we review all plans and contracts with vendors. We serve as a point of contact for all guests and make sure their needs are met.  This is where our unique attention to detail comes into play. It is this process that we hope relieves the stress of event coordination that you may feel--you should enjoy your celebration just as much as your guests.

Event architecture can be applied to any special event from galas, weddings and even to more intimate celebrations.

All pricing is customizable based on the scope of the event, the time needed to design and coordinate the event.
